In 2024, Nota Bene Design Studio collaborated with Furnished with Love, a nonprofit organization that furnishes homes for families transitioning out of homelessness. We designed the complete interior of a two-bedroom apartment for a mother and her son transforming the living room, dining room, bedrooms, hallway, and entryway into a warm, welcoming sanctuary.

Working within a three-week timeline and thoughtfully sourcing donated items alongside carefully selected new pieces, we created a cohesive environment rooted in empathy and intention. This project reminded us that design is far more than aesthetics it's about crafting spaces that uplift, nurture, and offer hope. Every detail mattered, from the finishes to the furniture selections, all chosen to support a fresh start for a family rebuilding their lives.
